The end of the road...

Sadly folks ‘The Beertones’ have decided to end playing as a duo after many years of performing together. It’s not all sad news though as Mark and Ben are currently working on a new project ‘The SuperXLs’. Playing mainly original material this new band will be gig-ready in 2012 so expect more great live music and possibly an album in the not too distant future.

Based in Devon (UK) ‘The Beertones’ were a guitar orientated pop and rock duo playing music from the 1960's to the current day. With tunes from artists such as Paul Weller, The Beatles, Crowded House, Razorlight, The Clash, Van Morrison, U2, 10CC, The Jam and many more the duo were very popular around the south west. But it wasn’t just about the music, injecting humour and audience participation to get crowds going was all part of
‘The Beertones’ experience.
